NLNLDo not trust this company. It is not easy to cancel the subscription, and they ignore customer inquiries. The product fails to meet expectations. However, the problem is exactly that I am unable to cancel my subscription or manage my account. I am not receiving any (link) emails, not even in my spam folder. Since I log in via Google, why am I not able to manage my account directly? I want to terminate my subscription immediately and would like a partial refund. I do not have Discord or Instagram. I sent you an email a long time ago, but I have not received a response to that either.
