We’re Magna Housing, a community-based housing association. We mainly work in Dorset and Somerset (our head office is in Dorchester) providing housing services to local people.
A relatively urgent situation occurred on Saturday afternoon and needed urgent attention. Contacted Magna online repairs on Saturday afternoon stating it. Very pleased by quick response. I received email on Monday morning, an operative would attend within 24 hours. 5pm that day an electrician turned up to make area safe. The Emergency phone number, however, wasn't so responsive and I gave up waiting for it to be answered!!
Very pleased with customer care team they were very helpful and dealt with my query very quickly.
Exceptional lovely team nothing too much trouble and always polite whether it’s a phone call or staff attending to jobs in the home inside and out .
Fence down due to storms e mailed Magna had a response in a day , hoping the repair can be done soon as it’s a busy road and feel very vulnerable
