USUSMy company has been with met tel for year's. It’s a joke!!!! Each and every time there is a problem, and trust my word you can put in 1000 tickets not once with this company contact me back. They just kept rowing over some sort of resolution so they never did the due diligence on finding out what was wrong with the line then quoted me that there is a process, five times never follow through with that one process never called me back and I still have no phone line. Down at the bottom, it gives you the option to opt in for text and updated information on the company although they’ll do is just send you the same email over and over and over with no resolution. They’ll just text you over and over and over with no resolution.

USUSI was very satisfied with my previous order in 2021 or 2022! I then placed a larger order in May 2023 and was informed by Metals Unlimited that my orders had already been shipped and told me to check the post office, which I did and they tracked the orders to a warehouse in CA. Checking with Capital One to see if I can have the payment reversed, but it might be too late.
USUSI placed an order for an anniversary gift on 7/1/23. They took my money and I got my confirmation email. That was the last I heard from these crooks. I ordered from them a couple of years ago and was happy with my order, but apparently there is a new owner who decided to run off with everyone's money. Their website is down, numerous emails went unanswered and no response to my phone calls. I was left with no choice but to file a BBB report and dispute the charges with my bank. BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from these thieves!
