PTPTI placed an order on April 29, 2026 (Ref: SKYWMCUUD), which was supposed to be delivered to Portugal within 4-5 business days. It's been more than a month, and I still haven't received my package.To make matters worse, there's no valid tracking information available, so I decided to contact customer support. They replied (probably an automated or AI email) on May 21st saying they were looking into it with the transport company, and since then I received no further updates.I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and I'm still waiting for either my order or a full refund. Potential customers should be aware that if something goes wrong with their delivery, the support process is very slow and unhelpful.
ITITSo disappointed, I placed an order almost a month ago but the tracking is not reliable, I contacted by e-mail and phone but they have no idea if or when the delivery will be. I had asked for the cancellation and refund but no response. Yesterday I made a dispute to my payment card with all the documents and the conversation as proof, today they delivered my order after 1 month and 5 days after so many reminders,
