Returned a helmet size S to exchange for size M. I have been waiting for 2 months without any meaningful information about when I can expect delivery or even the current status of my exchange. I have phoned multiple times but they have now closed their phone lines and it is proving impossible to get any sense (or communicate with a human at all) from their online chat, WhatsApp or email.
I ordered from MOTOCARD a pair of bike leather gloves, a pair of racing/touring boots and to get free shipping a helmet for my son. The boots' price was extremely low for about 2 days so I ordered these first, then added the gloves and the helmet, total order value around 205,00€. The day the package posted I received a refund of the price of the boots, without any explanation, so I sent an e-mail and the reply was that they refunded the boots cost because "the price was not right and out of stock". So I was dissapointed because it was not my fault, the low price was valid at the time of completing the order. Otherwise, gloves and helmet arrived fine, but the gloves are tight on my hands so I had to pay to send them back for an exchange for a size up, my mistake of not following exactly the size guide. In general, Motocard has great value stuff, return process is easy and I am satisfied.
delay after delay. I needed a helmet for an off-road adventure in Asia. They didn't deliver in time and had to buy a helmet in Asia, should have just ordered it from Mx store.
I bought a new motorcycle, and it was time for new equipment as well. I was really excited to get everything around Christmas; it was my gift to myself. This was my first order on Motocard. I spent a few days researching the company and its brand, Armure. A few days I watched videos and compared them with other European sellers, such as FC-Moto and Louis. I decided to buy a helmet from Louis. It arrived quickly, securely, and at a great price. I bought the Scorpion GT SP for 300 Euros from Louis, compared with 430 Euros on Motocard, also on sale. I placed 2 orders on the same day, one on Louis for the helmet, great service! Another on Motocard for the rest of the equipment, a jacket with the optional back protector, pants with the optional hip protectors, gloves, 2 pairs of shoes, and 1 set of waterproof bags (top bag and sides). I was really excited to get everything! And then, 3 days after I paid, my order got cancelled. This was their response: "We are writing to inform you regarding your order that a temporary issue occurred on our website, which affected the price displayed at the time of purchase. For this reason, we have been obliged to cancel your order." The offers were on the website for maybe like a week. I saw them on the website for at least 5-6 days. I told my friends about it, and one of them placed 2 orders, which were also cancelled. We both tried to contact them, and we both got the same answer. I send them another email 5 days ago, and no answer. I find this to be unacceptable and totally unprofessional. The fact that they had the prices on their website for a week and did not notice. The fact that their customer support is nonexistent, I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and on email and all I got was a template response but not a reply after. Safe to say I will never, in my life, place another order from them.
