GBGBScammer. They sold me a part that failed after just a few months. When I requested a replacement, I was told I had to purchase a new part first if I wanted to replace it at the customer’s property. Only after sending the faulty part back would they issue a refund. The part was returned several weeks ago. They confirmed receipt, yet they keep making excuses for why they cannot process the refund. It has been over two months since this started, and we have exchanged around 30 emails. I will never use this company again. Total scam and a complete waste of time. Be aware.
GBGB5 star. Found a brand new part for a 27 year old boiler. Dispatched and arrived next day. Installed and working perfectly! Excellent choice of courier in DPD as well. Regular updates and clear time of arrival. Would recommend these lads to anyone!
GBGBOrdered a part off amazon which was through national boiler parts. When it arrived it wasn't the correct part no. I contacted national boiler parts direct and they found the part which was correct. Delivered next day. They sorted the return and refund from amazon very efficiently for me. The service was 1st class and wouldn't hesitate to use next time. I was dealt with by Carl who really knew his stuff
