GBGBI'm writing in the hope that they will see this message and contact me - they have double charged us for the product and are not replying. Their number doesn't work on the website, and there online chat just sends you to unmanned inbox. Next day delivery didn't happen either.... but the £1,000+ they owe us is now the issue.
GBGBDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE!!! Tragic service, communication and they are basically Adexa. My fridge arrived with Adexa plastered all over it- read their reviews!!! Took over 2 months for it to eventually arrive. Would not recommend on my experience, stay away...dont let the prices fool you and the 'next day'.
GBGBGBGBBest price is could find, which was good. The product is great.This is the second we've bought in a month for our football club (we need them!) The reason for not getting 5 stars is the substandard delivery service for the first one; it wasn't next day delivery, or the one after that. It actually came six days later (and after our club function) and even then it wasn't on the day agreed with the couriers. Hopefully I'll have a better experience this time 🤞
