Before opening a physical store in Zagreb, everything was fine. But when I ordered to pick something in the store, I was told it returned to Chech Republic. I made a complaint and a very friendly customer service resolved the problem. But for that the score remains 4 instead of 5. Otherwise I am completely satisfied and will continue to buy on Notino (but not the pickup at the store)
