FRFRI’ve been with Orion for 7/8 months now and have used the service with urfx. Looking back at the whole experience, the main thing I appreciate is the combination of trading management, communication and support. Some periods were faster than others, and there have been moments where I needed clarification or had to wait longer than expected. What matters to me is how those situations were handled.
