USUSNever received a jacket I ordered. Apparently it was stolen but they refuse to do anything to help me. Customer service basically say to screw myself. Worst consumer service ever.
DKDKI purchased a jacket in Denmark 8 years ago. I haven`t used it much, and it has now failed. It came with the Infinite guarantee (as they like to call it) I had proof of purchase. OR now claims that the guarantee isn´t valid in the EU. The hanging tag on the product was in English, japanese, French.....and GERMAN!! German is spoken only in Germany, Austria and Suisse! So of course it is valid in EU. A company of empty promises to fool people into purchase. Some might call these methods fraud..I certainly will ! Stay away from them - dishonest people ain´t worth your hard earned cash. John Hansen, Denmark
USUSI bought gloves in November for a job I was starting in January. I wore the gloves to and from my truck to the training building at my plant approximately 8 times. This morning, I noticed the seam coming apart on the right hand glove. Looking at the company's infinite warranty, and it does not cover the gloves. Terrible craftsmanship. I'm out nearly $50.
