I had been using Paccofacile for more than five years and was ready to recommend them as a reliable and professional service — until this last situation, which they have shown no real intention of resolving. Instead, I receive only repetitive template replies.In mid-November, I sent a parcel from Italy to Spain. After just two days, the tracking stopped updating at the BRT logistics center. After repeatedly asking about the parcel’s location, Paccofacile confirmed two months later — that the shipment had been lost.It has now been 40 additional days after that, and there is still no information regarding the resolution of my case, no timeline, no compensation, and not even a refund for the shipping service that was never completed. Every inquiry receives the same response: “We have no information, please wait.”BRT provides no answers either, as their contract is with Paccofacile, and they communicate only with them — not with end customers.There is zero interest in resolving the issue, only constant generic replies and no deadlines.Would I recommend this service to anyone else? Absolutely not. If you want transparency and real communication, book your shipment directly with the carrier instead.P.S. Before writing this review, I contacted your customer support multiple times. Each time, I received generic replies with no indication of resolution timelines, no clarification of next steps — nothing concrete!On every occasion, I had to follow up and remind you about my case. Not once in these three months did your support team proactively contact me without my reminder.
