The form did not allow me to review or clearly see the delivery address before completing the order. As a result, I ended up paying for a very expensive pair of socks that were delivered to the wrong address. After this, I received two emails stating that the issue was my fault. I did not receive the socks, nor was I offered a refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I honestly don’t know what else to say about it.
Purchase process simple, delivery quick. Items of good quality and true to size

Purchased men’s underwear. Quality is very good etc., but design not so good: insufficient pouch for accommodation of ‘jewels’. I am not being flippant here. I am a modestly endowed man but still find the pouch too restrictive.
