OVERCHARGE! Started a new company and was looking over contracts, I pulled contracts and seen the company was only suppose to be charged 40.00 for one office was getting charged 207.00 and the other office I was getting charged twice for the ROI. seen that the company was being overcharged for years, when I reached out for this to be corrected, and refund the over charge. I was informed that the books had been closed and they can’t do nothing about it. When I indicated 2023 hasn’t been closed refund the overcharge, I was told sorry we can’t. I was expecting the company the fix their error, instead I got the run around and “This is the best we can do for both locations . This came from my cooperate office we looked into it and this was the final decision”. PARKS COFFEE has no morals and would like to share my experience so no other small business gets screwed.
