GBGBPlaced my order 2 weeks ago, chased it up last week only then to be told there are delays in the warehouse, no prior information and only got the update after I got in touch, Not given any specific timescale on when it would be dispatched, just told to wait! Wish I had read recent reviews prior to placing my order! Customer service are not helpful at all

I wish (yet again) that I had read these reviews before ordering. My items have not arrived and they have not responded to 3 messages I have sent. Very disappointed in lack of any customer service and lack of information on potential deliveries. Don't bother ordering from them, I think they must be another foreign company hiding behind a fake British website. **UPDATE** Order received yesterday 4th Feb (delivery was promised for 28th Jan), with despatch date of 30th. I have still not received any response whatsoever, their customer service is NIL.

I have tried to contact you 4 times! 3 times through your website, & once through Instagram and not ONE reply! I placed my order on January 20th & have not heard a thing! Now my daughter’s birthday has been and gone. I have ordered from this company every year for my daughter’s birthday & never had a problem. I will never use you again and I want a refund!

GBGBShould have read the reviews before ordering and paying for espress delivery. No email to say it’s been despached. It’s now too late for the event. Emailed and messaged and have ti wait 3 days for a response. Bad company. Quick to take the money and false delivery times.
