A company of con artists! Had all my windows and patio doors replaced and have had nothing but trouble since! Handles snapped of the windows, the patio doors are far too heavy and sag causing them not to close properly. The so called salesman was a retired army officer but upon reflection, he was nothing more than a bully man that pushed the sale. Tried to contact this company to attempt to get our issues addressed, no way to get a hold of them. The finance company that was pushed upon us weren’t much better. You live and learn and I’ll never allow a company to take advantage of me like this again.
Originally had windows fitted by Penicuilk home improvements on 4.1.18. Over the past year one if the windows has dirty marks on the inside of the double glazed unit. I have been trying to contact customer services regarding the fault. Telephone number not recognised and can't find any other contact information

Having power of attorney over my elderly mother as she became older and unable to look after herself. I started to look into a bill she kept complaining about. Penicuik have done some gutters and soffits and eaves facings for my Mum a while back. Absolutely disgusted to see they chardged over £6,500 for the work and signed her up for a payment plan which means the total amount payable is £14,000 pounds. 5years ago the work was carried out, and she still has 5k left to pay until 2026 Seeking legal advice as Hitachi Personal Finance are quite happy with the plan. A plan she never knew of, or signed up for. Absolute disgrace, ruining my Mums last years on this Earth If anyone has any help or advice please do comment as I’m seeking legal action
