Thank you very much for a very positive and professional service. From the very pleasant Kim at the office for organising everything and being understanding when I was hospitalised for a month and everything was postponed with no feeling of it being a problem for the company, to the fitters Jonathon and Michael, who were prompt and professional, tidying and hoovering as they finished an area. The finish on the single and bay window was perfect and we are both very happy with the friendly service we have received. Next time we need windows we will be asking for the same team. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We felt confident that we would get a great installation as from start to finish there was good and regular communication. Our Sales Adviser Courtney was very likeable and not at all pushy. Our Surveyor Martin was the best - (unlike one with another Company ) - our Project was complex and Martin was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. He was the key to our Project. Our fitters Geoff and Nathan were careful and worked in all weathers to get the job done and they were friendly and tried to stay positive in very tricky working conditions. They put covers on the carpets and there was very little clearing up to do afterwards. Corinna , our Project Co-ordinator was brilliant and her friendly calls kept us sane when there were delays with the delivery of some of the installation. We saw our Project Manager 3 times in a 3 day installation which impressed us as I don't think this probably happen with many Companies, and he is very friendly and informative. A little mention must go to the Scaffolding Company who came to take the scaffolding down on the Sunday before Christmas, amazing. Our installation looks impressive and is good quality. This is our only experience of using Pennine but what felt really good was being given the contact details of a Project team - no having to ring up a number and go from one extension to another. This makes it a good experience. I needed to contact Corinna a couple of times and she sorted it without hesitation. Thank you Pennine for delivering a difficult installation 👏👏

Within a few days of the placing the order for 6 double glazed windows the scaffolding was up and secure, We expected the windows to be installed the following week but there was a delay in obtaining the glass! My commitments made it inconvenient to authorise installation so it was deferred for a few weeks. However, despite an initial delay the windows were fitted in 1 working day. The team of Garry and Adam were extremely good. They showed respect for our property, laying dust sheets and tidying up as they moved from room to room. They worked swiftly and competently. Added to that they both had a friendly personality, chatting to us as throughout the day. Having arrived about 8am they finished at 4pm. A job well done. I am also very pleased with the office staff, especially Kim. She accommodated our delays and kept updating the schedule, and after completion of the job was eager to check that we were satisfied with the work and the quality of the end result.
