I'm prompted to write this review after the excellent service I received from Ellie. When I had an issue with one of the annual identity verification forms, I was able to get through quickly and easily on the phone (which can feel rare these days). Ellie understood my issue, strived to find a solution and got back to me later the same day by e-mail once my query had been looked into. I was offered some additional assistance that I might need, and continuity was maintained throughout (in that I wasn't passed between people). I am thankful for the professional and friendly assistance I received, honestly rather impressed at this genuine example of personal customer service, which doesn't go without saying these days. More generally about J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (until recently known as Nutmeg): Whilst I haven't tended my small investment all that regularly, I found it easy to invest, felt the service did well to ascertain my risk appetite before doing so (and annually), and find the dashboard clear and easy to understand.
Dreadful experience. I'd write more (again) but it was flagged by the company. Me: tried to set up an account, as I have with hundreds of providers Outcome: couldn't, tech failings out of my control.
