NLNLI pre ordered the flow pen. It should be delivered Sept. 2025. Without further notice they postponed delivery until December 2025. The flow pen doesn't meet my expectations. The usermanual doesn't meet the description on the website as in july 2025 at all. I'll return it. Depending on how they take care of my return, I might give more or less stars. Edit: I changed 2 stars in 1 star. I wished zero stars was an option. I got an answer on my questions about how to return the flow pen. They answered: "The flow pen is generally excluded from returns" While on their website on the page from this product it clearly states: 30 Tage Geld-Zurück-Garantie Previously I had an email conversation with them about canceling my order when I found out I had to wait another 3 months for delivery. I advise against this shop. Once you need their customer service, they are very stiff and rigid.
