AUAUBefore I joined RSI I was in the middle of a transformation, I knew I wanted more from life but didn't know where to start, I resigned from my secure 9-5, moved to a beachside town, which was a great start, except there were limited employment opportunities so i found myself back in good ole hospo. Started looking into remote opportunities and found RSI. I was sooo hesitant, firstly it sounded too good to be true, on a deeper level I was so afraid of failure and investing in myself - that I nearly didn't commit, a decision that I now know was absolutely life changing for me, and worth every cent. The whole RSI team and extended community within the program are the most supportive, kind, helpful souls that quickly help you to feel safe and genuinely want you to succeed. Growth is never easy, and I definitely felt out of my comfort zone on many occasions, but the hard work is worth it when you get to reach your goals. Not to mention the personal growth - next level amazing. 9 weeks into the program I have landed my dream role, I am now working 100% remotely and the sky is the limit, the growth doesn't stop here - it just begins again!
