Watford salon. Had issues getting a patch test. Hairdresser started doing someone else’s hair, leaving me sat in the head bath for a long time. Left the toner on too long and the front pieces were slightly blue. Still had strong roots at the end despite asking for a balayage. Hairdresser barely spoke and only offered me a drink half way through. Was quoted the wrong amount but they did honour the lower amount. Saw a mouse in the corner of the salon.

I was seen by Brooke who did a exceptional job on my hair I didn’t expect it to turn out the way it did she was an absolute diamond very nice and the best with giving a massage whilst washing my hair

I had a great experience. My stylist, Paige, was amazing - she did a thorough consultation and the result was exactly what we discussed. The staff were all really friendly and I felt very welcomed (was my first visit). Looking forward to my next appointment!
