Low knowledge and looks like not trained properly - perhaps remote staff for Sage Business Cloud. I must say the support i received fro Sage 50 was fantastic and the team was very knowledgeable. but unfortunately this is not the case with Sage Cloud...
I was told today that Sage no longer wants their loyal customers who have used the product for many years. As a customer of Simply Accounting/Sage for over 20 years with a small business doing mostly payroll, I am insulted and disgusted that Sage has decided to get rid of all of their loyalty customers in order to gauge them with increased fees rather than allowing the grandfather rule to continue. Time to look for new software and STOP praising sage as I have done for so many years. Disgusting.
