Very bad service, I have ordered 3 products since end of December and till today I haven’t received everything. I have contacted them multiple time and they promise to ship them, but they never do. Some of the shipped products where damaged and some where returned to the warehouse.

Great product, I have the Power Clean Pro and have used it a few times on the couch and in the kitchen. The different bits are really great for all kinds of cleaning solutions. It's a bit of a learning curve to clean the machine well after use though. This takes some time.
Excellent service. I bought a Dect Clean vacuum cleaner, but after a while the suction power decreased. The defective vacuum cleaner was replaced.
