I've ordered a product in May 2025. I still have not received my product or any update of the delivery date. I've contacted the customer service 4 weeks after I ordered it, because I was wondering why it does not arrive. (As there was no comment on the website that my product is out of stock or anything). I then received an email from the customer service that they have troubles with delivery and that it's unclear when they will be able to send me the product - since then nothing happened!!! No update from the customer service, no product send! I've ordered it 3 month ago and now it's mid August. This is the worst customer experience I ever had with an online shop. Unreliable and a total lack of customer service. I would never order at this online shop again!
Unprofessional order and communication set up. Goods marked as "on stock" are not delivered after three months - payment in advance, no customer update after contact attempts, reaction only after threat of a lawyer and legal action. They have several great gear in the window (a little bit too much) but are not able to deliver.

I ordered 1st April and almost 3 months later I still did not receive it. My order was for an amount of almost 500.- CHF but I have no answer via e-mail nor by phone. I am now contacting my lawyer to cancel the order.
Sanität24.ch has a knowledgeable and responsive customer service team, and I am happy with their products overall. However, some delivery issues need addressing, as a few of my orders have taken longer than expected to arrive. Improving transparency on delivery times would enhance the shopping experience. Despite these hiccups, they are not a scam, and resolutions like returns are handled well. With a bit of improvement, they could offer an excellent service. 4 stars.
