Eleanor as been looking after my pets & home for more years than either of us would care to let the wider world know😊 The service as always 5 Star, my current pup is happy to see Eleanor and I feel secure in the knowledge that both my home & pet are in safe hands. Another great pet sit from Eleanor looking after Bruce for three weeks. Every day updates and videos of Bruce showing how happy he is with out a care for us 😆. We always come back to a lovely clean house and everything as we left it. This our 10 plus years with Eleanor

Our usual go to when boarding our Saint Bernard is to drive her too the kennel's for the duration then to pick her up at the end. This time it was not a option so other solutions were needed. I searched online over many days reading reviews and generally taking in information about how the websites looked and trying to judge what type business i was about to let stay in my home for a prolonged period based on agreement i was paying for. Some looked ok with a few reviews and some looked liked you were just asking the average joe to come live in your house. One site however stood out and seemed to better laid out, more business like and generally just more professional in the way it presented the services it had to offer After contacting Eleanor initially for a quote and availability, what I thought might be just basic requirements was thankfully much more than that. Including things like your pets requirements , medical needs if needed routine of a normal day and feeding habits etc what I liked about this is, It wasn't just written on a email but a within a very comprehensive but easy to follow process that was given access to me and required to be completed before the house sit began Also the requirement to meet before the sit was also good so any questions could be answered face to face if needed. All this made the period we required run smoothly and without any issues. whilst away we were informed as to how the dog was doing during walks feeding and general mood etc our home was looked after and respected as promised and on return i have no issues with potently using Eleanor's services in the future. Although I'm well aware that plans need to be made as demand is high.

Eleanor provides a first class service each and every time she comes and takes care of my dog, I know when I leave home that B is in good hands, Eleanor sends me updates each day which is great. Thank you for all you do to look after B for me while I'm away. Regards Kevin
