GBGBI got a electric bed for my mum as she is elderly and found it difficult on a normal bed we went for the memory foam mattress my mum didn’t like the mattress she gets stuck in the middle of it and finds it hard h getting up she needs my dads help as it sinks into the bed I told the company sleepking s this they said as the mattress was opened there’s no refund or exchange it’s either we sell it privately and buy a new one the bed is fine but I wouldn’t recommend the memory foam mattress and the company would want a lot of money for it to be returned so we kept it instead because if the big charge but u can only return it it’s unopened
