My appointment was cancelled in March. I was told my deposit would be refunded in a few days. Here we are at the end of May and I have still only received half of the refund as apparently that second treatment was not on their system. I have wasted a lot if my time calling and emailing to chase up the refund. Irritating and disappointing to say the least
I went to get my nails done because I thought it would be a good place, I read on the website that it was a complete treatment with foot massage, I thought I would relax and have my nails done. In the end there was no massage, just a professional with no experience in doing nails who took 2:30 and left my nails all crooked and smudged and cuticles crumbled. £80 wasted and a further £30 in Another place to repair the damage. The professional was friendly, and maybe in another service she would be good, but she is not a manicurist and the company could not put someone who does not know how to do the service and still charge a lot for it. First and last time for me.
Since reading the reviews on here I ordered a jacket which on the website looks good, however I have not yet received it and still waiting on delivery so I emailed the company saying if I am not happy I will be requesting a refund, they responded quickly if those of you are not happy with your purchase contact them using this email address support@johnson-london

Do not go here. Appalling treatment of customers and poor facilities. We arrived knowing the steam room was broken but were given a goodwill voucher to appease us. Upon arrival they said all the facilities were broken. We had travelled a hour. They were rude, useless and refused to refund us the full amount. We are now out of pocket. Shocking. Their centralised customer services team are also very unhelpful and useless. Do not use this company.
