Positives:1) structured tour2) superb coach with comfort seating3) Mr Vincent D Souza - Tour manager, & coach captains M/s Mohsin & Andre performed consistently overcoming challenges along the line. They were pleasant in their interactions and answered questions in a professional manner through out the tour. Mr Vincent provided briefs on the significance of each tourist spot. The arrangements for food (lunch & dinner) - we found it excellent with the Jain option 4) a washroom - inside the bus - for exigencies provided much relief to elderly passengers5) Mr Subramaniyan, our Point of Contact (POC), was helpful on every occasion we had approached him Areas of Improvement:1) Free wi-fi to be provided in the bus2) Dinner should preferably be prior to 2000 hours local time 3) Water bottles to be provided - two per passenger per day4) hotel hygiene at Thoiry (France) needs to be improved5) few hotels had one elevator - causing inconvenience for moving luggage6) one complimentary item - a cabin bag or equivalent per traveller needs to be provided Best regardsRanganathan S
We recently travelled on the Italian Tour from 16th to 21st June. Overall, the trip was enjoyable and well organised. The highlights included visits to the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the excursion to Lake Garda, all of which were memorable experiences. Our guide was very knowledgeable and managed the trip very well overall.However, we would like to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding the dining arrangements in Rome.The quality of the food provided was significantly below the standards we have come to expect from Star Tours. At Gandhi Hotel(Rome), the non-vegetarian dishes contained very little meat, and the curry appeared to be prepared using small scraps rather than substantial portions.Similarly, our experience at Zoya(Rome) was disappointing. The food was served cold, and once again, the non-vegetarian dishes contained very little meat.Food was good in other locations.One of the key reasons we choose to travel with Star Tours is the consistently good quality of food provided during the tours. Therefore, these experiences were particularly disappointing. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration, as the continued provision of food that falls below the expected standard may influence our decision regarding future tours with your company.We trust that appropriate measures will be taken to maintain the high standards for which Star Tours is known.
We went on the Enchantment of Switzerland and Italy tour that commenced on May 19, 2026. The tour manager, Sujit Shirke was very friendly, patient and accommodating. The places we visited were awesome.The only issue was with the food at some of the Indian restaurants in Italy - we felt like we were being herded and rushed just because they were expecting another group of tourists. 'Delhi6' restaurant was the worst - the ambience itself puts you off and the food was oily - the papadums and parathas were dripping oil. In some other restaurants the desserts had gone bad and when one of the guests asked as to when it was made, the answer was "the previous day" but when Sujit asked another person there, he said it was made the same day.Overall the tour was good and I would suggest looking out for better restaurants in Italy. The food in Switzerland was very, very good.

I had booked a tour for the panaromic europe for 5days for me and my dad. Our guide was Stephen and delroy was our driver. They made sure we cover most of the places while being safe and enjoy our holiday. This was my dads first international trip and he had so much fun. Stephen was explaining the history and made sure we were seeing the monument for its value. the food was good and the service was also amazing Overall It was a fabulous holiday and look forward to book another very soon.
