We chipped a couple dinner plates taking them out of the dishwasher. I emailed product support and they graciously allowed me to order 2 dinner plates, despite their policy of selling an entire set. I hope they continue to allow purchases of individual items, since people aren’t perfect and sometimes break things.
This was probably the worst financial/shopping decision that I have made to date to purchase this dinnerware set. The quality is so bad. You can’t use a fork or knife on these plates. Or even spoons in the soup bowls. Your silverware leaves a residue on each plate that doesn’t wash off. The plates look so bad. I would have been better off shopping at ikea for my dishes.
It was easy to order a replacement item. Fast and courteous email responses. Pleasant to deal with.
Very nice set of dinnerware and happy with the purchase. Came nicely packed with no damage. Great quality.
