GBGBI ordered some specific sweets and they never arrived Should have got them last week Thursday Sunday I was told they are on the way Monday I was told we don't have your address I clearly wrote my address down and they missed off my door number making it my fault Tuesday now and still waiting for my sweets/refund only to be told you have to pay for shipping again for your sweets Guess who's never getting my business again
GBGBI encountered a problem with the delivery company delivering to the wrong address. I contacted sweetzy and after printing a form to hand sign and the fact I provided photo evidence of the wrong delivery address they rectified my situation and are sending a replacement thank you to your entire team.
GBGBOrdered easter bundle with guaranteed easter delivery. 4 weeks post easter it arrived and not what was ordered. Basically the company view is it was couriers error so put all the blame on them. Im sorry but you hire a company to do your service, that is still your responsibility, you can't blame everyone else. Ive tried discussing it with sweetzy but they dont really care and dont except its their fault for wrong product or for choosing the delivery company. After talking to delivery company they have told me parcel was sent back to sweetzy because they tried to pay minimum charge for the parcel even though it weighed over that allowance allowed. Twice. Not a happy customer. Will go back to #mysweetdelivery, get what you order with quick delivery.
The website is really easy to use, the price was good and delivery was prompt. However, the quality of the sweets provided was quite poor. I didn't really like most of the sweets - not the style of the sweets I chose but the taste was quite bad and to me tasted like very cheap sweets rather than quality sweets like Haribo or Swizzles. For that reason, I wouldn't purchase again.
