I didn't receive the package, dpd just left it somewhere and then no one knows what happened to it. I contacted the store, they sent me a form to fill out and nothing from there. I hope Swiminn will solve this situation and I will change this rate. Very bad impressions at the moment. Update: the situation was resolved, Swiminn sent me a refund for the purchase that didn't arrive, so I change the rating. But I take off one star for the time spent and worries because of this situation. I hope Swiminn will change the logistics company, then I will be happy to continue buying goods from them.
I ordered some swimming caps. They're good caps. Shipment took about a week, which is longer than I thought, but it's okay.
Ordered aqua bones and connectors which you can rarely find in the uk. Arrived within a couple of weeks, and can’t wait to use them. Will be using again!
I couldn’t find this costume available in my daughter’s size anywhere and this was the only site. Having not ordered before I was concerned when it didn’t arrive in the Monday as indicated, however I reason to be concerned, it arrived a day after and all is prefect!
