DKDKI have made a purchase on the 30th of November - they just cancelled the order without any explanation. It was a Christmas present.
DKDKSecond time I've tried to order from Tales.dk. Second time I have yet to receive any updates on my book, which I order ONE MONTH AGO. Won't be ordering from here again.
DKDKOrdered 3 books in September. One of the books will be released later so it was fine for me to receive them all together at a time frame. It says that I will receive them by Nov. 19 but it was just stuck there so wrote to customer service and told me there was an error with the order. I still waited patiently but it is December now. I was told today that there is still an error and looks like they need to order it for me AGAIN and I have to wait AGAIN till it will be delivered to me. WOW! I have no patience anymore and ask for my money back even though I am reading from the website that you cannot cancel your order. Until I said I don't want the books anymore and just give my money back. Tales.dk did NOT even apologise to me for this inconvenience. I will remember this website so NEVER AGAIN.
