Stay away. Taurus are notorious for: Stacking fake micro-fees Splitting one service into 3–4 line items. Charging “UK–NZ quarantine compliance” fees that don’t exist. Overcharging fumigation like it’s gold-plated. Padding trucking/handling massively. They quoted me $3k for a small caravan fumigation and then another $500 for trucking fumigation to the port and another $600 for origin handling at the port. Stay Away. Somehow they are actually defending there made up charges that don't exist in the shipping process. Amazing they are in business. I guess they prey on the naive.
