Driver was fine up until the point of payment. He said do you want to leave a tip which we said we’d leave it as we were quoted 52 pound and charged 54 pound. he reacted really badly and unproffesional slamming our cases out the car and driving off without saying a word
Had originally intended to use another carrier, but they let me down. We were directed to the Airport Cars office and was able to get a lift almost immediately. The driver was friendly, courteous and drove safely.
