I returned an item and Tennis Point issued me a voucher for €42.81, which is clearly visible both on my invoice and in my customer account. However, due to an obvious system error, Tennis Point is now claiming this same amount from me as if it were a debt.I contacted Tennis Point yesterday and provided all the documentation (invoice, screenshot of the voucher value and code), but instead of correcting the mistake, today I received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding payment for this non‑existent debt.This kind of administrative error — combined with escalating the case to collections without verifying anything — creates a completely unfair situation for the customer. I hope Tennis Point resolves this immediately, but so far the experience has been very negative and disappointing.
I am a new customer. I made an online order some time ago, as the website looked serious. Unfortunately, two things make this experience horrible. Customer Service does not respond (even to problems they create) and the courier they use is DHL, which means that you can be 110% certain that there will be endless delivery issues, including delays, lies from DHL, lost packages, no communication, and general indifference with ux. I will be buying a lot of new tennis equipment in the near future, but definitely not from this shop!Update on 30.12: After three weeks, still nothing. No package, no access to shipper or news from them, and no response of any kind from Tennis-point, despite several emails requesting assistance. They are only interested in your money - STAY FAR AWAY!

I ordered a padel racket, and the courier marked it as “delivered,” but nothing ever arrived. Instead of investigating the issue properly, the company kept insisting that the delivery was successful, quoting generic GPS data and pushing the responsibility back on me.I had to explain multiple times that the item was never received, yet every reply felt like a template. No real support, no willingness to check what went wrong, no accountability.A simple request to open a proper investigation turned into an endless loop of copy-paste answers. The customer service experience was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in resolving the problem.This was an expensive item, and the way the case was handled is unacceptable. I won’t be using their services again.
