Why am I saying that about the quality? Because metallic stretch imitatie leer bruin came in a kind of bad quality in my opinion. The other materials that we ordered were all fine, but honestly, just this metallic one ruined the whole vibe, because I was waiting for it for a long time. Speaking about waiting, the delivery is not the fastest as well
I order with them for years now. They always do their best and have the best products. Sometimes things are not available, because it is too populair. But they will let you know. Sometimes I have to wait more than one day, I understand that's because of the many orders they have too ship. Because of a lot of small shops that are closing and everybody is coming to them. But it is still in order and on time. I love to shop with them online and in the store.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!!! I MEAN THIS SO GENUINELY !! They will lose your package , not keep you in the loop and then blame it on other companies in order to make it seem like the blame is not on you. I have asked for my money back on the phone about 3 seperate times , always to be given some answer about another company. They tell me they will call when they get the package , which they do NOT. I had to call to tell them to send me either my package or my money , and the customer support lady tells me it’s been sat around for 2 days with nothing happening. She then continues to blame the errors and what’s happening on me , WHEN I PUT ALL MY ADDRESSES IN CORRECTLY and they sent it to the wrong number , ON ME SAYING THAT I PROBABLY DID IT WRONG. I got very annoyed by the way they handled everything and asked to speak to a manager who ONLY helped when I started to yell. In the end he was turned hostile because I was mad at the way I had been treated ! Only when I got mad did he say he will cancel my order and send me my money finally. Horrible experience , do not order here

I orderd patterns a while back. Apparantly they need to come from the UK. That's fine, and I don't mind waiting the time that is on the website. Even if it takes a bit longer no issue, as long as they communicate so we as customer know what is happening. So far it has been almost 4 weeks, no communication from their side, only when you call you get some information. No compensation for the long wait, no you can cancel the products if needed... If I did not needed them, I would not have ordered them. It is okay if I have to wait a bit more, and it is out of your control, but communicate with your customers... Please.. EDIT: After they read this review, they canceled my order.... Please take this into account when leaving a review. As stated in my review I still needed the products, and they canceld because their conclusion was that they could not deliver what I expected. EDIT 2: After them calling me a liar. We had phone contact yes, but initiated from me. Not by them. Twice. No e-mails had reached me with information, just radio silence from their side. So like stated in the original, only when I called, I got information. The cancelation of the order is something that really surprised me, as I said in the phone calls (yes after canceling I called again) I stated I still needed the products.
