GBGBI needed a single floor tile to replace a broken one. Tiles and Bathroom on line sold the right type but had none in stock, they even checked their showroom to see if they could get one from a display. They then contacted their supplier in Italy and arranged for the delivery of a single box. I subsequently located a suitable tile so did not proceed with the order, but they were prepared to go to a lot of trouble, keeping me informed at all times, for a very small order. Brilliant customer service!

Just before Christmas, we experienced a leak in our bathroom that required a complete renovation—from the flooring and walls to the units and accessories. What could have been a very stressful experience was made smooth and hassle-free thanks to their support and expertise.
