Trilogy Care

I wish I could wish you all a happy new year, sadly mine hasn't been. The Federal Government and Trilogycare must take equal share of the blame. I have a number of requests from my podiatrist and OT outstanding for about 3 months. I have not had contact from a care partner since early Nov 2025. When querying unpaid bills I have been told to take it up with my care partner. I even reported a fire on my roof that went without contact. Since joining Trilogy over 2 years ago I have had the best of experiences. Maddy was the best. In a short time since she was taken away from me I have had 2 silent partners. Enough is enough. I feel trapped and insecure. Problem is, thanks to a hastily and somewhat ill conceived plan put together by the Federal Government, my feeling is that most of the Service Providers would be in the same boat.

2 weeks ago I wrote a review of Trilogy Care advising how they have totally unresponsive to me. Trilogy advised I contact them with specifics which I did. 2 weeks have passed with no further action to remedy the problem of not paying a carer for 4 weeks. Unacceptable

My poor support worker has not been paid for 2 months. Trilogy Care just keep finding more ways to stop paying her invoices. This is so wrong. Trilogy had been great until about September. Now they are not worth two bob as the old saying hoes

FIRSTLY, RING. CLIENTS BACK, DOES IT TAKE 6 WEEKS OR MORE!!!!!!! Self- managed really one phone call only from Care (hate to say partner) not heard from again. So many urgent emails have been sent. CabCharge card does not work, had to use my money now they say can't reimburse. Unbelievable close to $2000 I need that money. Obviously tried to communicate the need for Wheelchair taxi, especially when can't action items on portal.
