GBGBQuality products that do a great job and are a joy to use. I bought a Max power lawnmower first which has performed brilliantly. This year needing to get some bushes/trees under control I invested in the Hedge trimmer and Chainsaw, also on the Max Power 36V eco system - one battery, 1 charger. The tools are rugged an great to use. I am very impressed.
GBGBToo many complications regarding the differing email/password access to my account and then to the guarantee registration The effect is an inability to access my account and therefore it has been impossible to make another purchase The actual guarantee process was the most complicated I have encountered
GBGBThe mini chainsaw was useless . Could not even cut through the branch . I'm 76 and find the return procedure very complicated . Designed , I would say , to put you off even trying . So I am £100 down . Do not bother with this company . Lesson learnt.
