Done 3 surveys, and only 2 paid out. Customer service doesn't really offer much help and never follow up, so you don't paid.
II have been using user interviews and received a couple of gift cards or gift links. This particular time I did a study in November about a diabetic device. I didn’t receive my incentive after I finished so I sent an instant message to Support I later forgot about the incentive. However, when I went to go check, it said I did not show up. I no longer trust this site. I did what was asked and did not get compensation as of 12/26/2025
Completed a full 1-hour paid interview. Researcher confirmed compensation verbally, later marked as no-show without warning. Support refused review despite having project ID.

User Interviews is Garbage to say the least. So many times after applying for a study, I get approved and then go to complete the session and then the link doesn’t work. I’ve reported it several times and they don’t do anything about it and the support manager just sends back rude toned emails. They waste your time, they don’t pay you on time or will find a reason to not pay the whole incentive. Userinterviews also has a D+ Rating!! That alone speaks for itself and the terrible Customer Support manager “Sarah D” Don’t waste your time with User Interviews
