So I ordered few things and paid for next day delivery, unfortunately it had arrived as expected and was informed it would be the following day. I used the chat system to let them know and within 5 minutes I had an e-mail from Cloe refunding the delivery cost as a goodwill. Absolutely fantastic customer service and Cloe was very apologetic and explained the reason why there was a slight delay.
First of all, I would like to say that communication is professional and very responsive. One item was out of stock, but we quickly found a solution that suited us. I have already ordered from Vanquish several times and I must say that I have never been disappointed. The items arrive quickly and are of excellent quality. In short, everything meets expectations. In fact, I still sometimes wear a shirt that I have had for five years and which has kept its size and colour as if it were new.

THe delivery tookmore than 4 weeks according to the tracking. but it never be delivered - service response came after an ohter week which tells me to talk to the carrier. no thanks ! never again
