The product I ordered is faulty and poor quality but it is impossible to return or get a refund as nobody responds to my messages (the returns process says to email but this is hopeless as they don't reply). It also took ages to get here. Definitely seems to be a scam site. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Terrible company don’t buy from them. Item delivered late from China not Spain, wrong sizing and poor quality. No service available to progress refund just ignored for weeks.

I placed my order for a lamp on 16th December it is now 7th January 2026 and it has not arrived. I have sent 5 emails and have not had a response. When I track my order it is confirmed that the product has not even been dispatched . The telephone contact number for customer services is a single mobile telephone number to a destination outside the uk. There is no customer service. I have asked for a refund but as yet no response. Dreadful. I would never use this company again and alert others to the terrible service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Like everyone would give no stars if I could. Cheap rubbish and despite numerous emails there has been no contact from them to be able to return my he slippers. Should have looked on here first!
