Woodchurch Players present three productions a year ranging from family pantomimes to comedy and drama. Our productions take place in the Woodchurch Memorial Hall next to the village green in a picturesque village nestling in the heart of the Kent countryside.

Great fun had by all The hard work paid off.Moments of very dry humour and some superb timing from Jim Hawkins the cabin boy played by Catherine Sales giving a vibe worthy of any Fringe theatre. A full house on the night I attended will be great encouragement for the Woodchurch Players to show us more in 2025.
This was just sheer fun for everyone! Something a bit unusual was that there was little evidence of nerves or shyness from anyone on the stage, even if it may have been hiding there occasionally. So that just shows what good actors they are! One improvement for next time: some of us have hearing-aids, and when the overhead voiceovers boomed, so did our ears! Perhaps just lower the volume a tad? Great show. What’s next?
