Very bad products and service!!! They were oily-dirty and damaged. I had to pay a lot for reshipment at my own expense! Totally no compensation and very slow response when trying to contact.
Quite possibly the best Spanish company I’ve came across lovely people with a great customer service not to mention how fast there delivery service is im amazed at how fast it was and the quality of there knives is outstandingly good im really looking forward to making a new order this company has my upmost respect Thank you kindly
They stopped responding so I guess I have to leave a review because they don't care about whether or not anyone receives their order. I live in Canada. I filled out the order for my address in Canada. They took my money and sent the package via Correos to Calanda, Spain. I tell them "that's not where I live, send me my package." They tell me to go to my local post office ...in Canada. Which is not a Correos post office. I ask if they can call Correos on my behalf because there's a 6 hour difference. They stop responding. I see they respond here! Are you guys going to send me another one? Are you going to give me a refund? Are you even going to respond to me again? Don't be scammers. Answer your customers.
After numerous ignored emails I am leaving a review. I purchased 3 pistols and paid for them, one arrived within a few days and 2 were put on back order, this was 6 months ago, they are still showing on my account and marked as "paid" on back order. I phoned them multiple times and they hang up once I describe my problem, 6 years of trust ruined....never again, I now buy from another company.
