addCar rental is an international car rental company with locations throughout Europe and Africa. We are 15 years old and service customers with short term car rental.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They will ask you for a credit card instead of a debit card for the guarantee. If you don't have a credit card (like 99% of people), they will ask you to pay an extra money with cash (200€ in my case) to use a debit card to guarantee the rental. It happened to me on dec 26 in Agadir airport. I refused to pay and asked for a cancellation of the booking. They refused and kept my money. I went to another rental company to book another car.
Scammers they took 250 euros as a fine for 10 min late then exchanged the car with a dacia
Refused every card I had for deposit, will wait and see if I receive my pre payment deposit before I re review them here. (The email provided in response here doesn’t exist, AVOID)
booked a car for $260 but they totally scammed us. we never got the car. they gave us no way to find the rental place, and we walked all over trying to find it. The “phone number” they give you is fake and used for a general car rental place. There are no humans to talk too and no way to contact them aside from ai. DO NOT BUY PLEASE!! Total scam and is useless. Currently trying to refund our rental but again, they are making this hard.
