I have never used Andertons before for my Musical instruments - I always use one other major Music store - and have used a couple of others. However for my new Behringer LM Drum another store that was slightly cheaper had a 2 to 3 week waiting time for the item - and my usual store only gave free delivery on NON next-day delivery. Andertons were the same price as my usual place - and offered FREE next-day delivery - AND gave 1% cashback that can be used on future purchases. The item DID arrive the next day (by Midday in fact!) - and was in a huge large outer-box with LOTS of protective padding inside around the actual item box - which was in perfect brand new condition. Definitely 5 stars all round. Thank you Andertons guys and girls

I've ordered a few things from Andertons over the years, from a guitar to a Marshall fridge and haven't had any problems. Recently got a guitar stand, came quickly and very well packaged. I've never had to send anything back, so I can't speak about customer service but so far, all good!;-)
Andertons are a dishonest, incompetent, crooked company. I should never have given them a second chance after they refused a return of a faulty product a couple of years ago. Sadly I did; they sold me a guitar with uneven frets, tried to make out I was lying about it, tried to make out the engineer at Hickies was lying about it, then refused to refund me, demanded I return the guitar so they could spend 3 weeks “investigating” it, then lied about when a replacement would be in stock, dragging the problem on for over a MONTH. Issue is STILL not resolved. Apparently it’s perfectly normal for a serious business to not have any concrete arrangements with thier suppliers. Apparently, all other businesses just get random deliveries of random goods and can’t speak to anyone about it. Criminally bad service. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else for your music.
