Called to see why my package had not moved or processed in 3 days. When contacting customer support the message said sorry we are unable to talk to you and take calls at this time please email us. Which I did and to this day(week later) still no reply? So I called back and when option to order came up I hit that and low and behold they are still taking orders! Can't help with customer service but yet we can still take your money.My package said Monday the 27th and today is Monday the 27 th and I just tracked again and now its. Projected date is the 30th ...yet it took them less than 30 minutes to yank the money out of my acct. I hope I even get the part now? SMH
worst place I have ever ordered parts from. First of the parts came in a bag and the boxes inside were somewhat crushed. We installed 4 oxygen sensors on a Porsche that was running OK but had a eng. check light on. The car will not run now and all 4 sensors show a code "Low voltage" Ok so I called to order replacements this time Bosch. Got a guy in probably Bangladesh who was no help. I requested a RMA so I could get a credit or refund 3 TIMES now 3 weeks later no response. So now after 2 weeks I have an RMA # but shipping authority 5 days later the Fed X label and shipping label with bar code is sent by e mail. It will not print I've tried every which way so I can't ship parts back for credit. These guys can't even handle returns of bad parts.
Non existent customer service. You can not return core for deposit refund. The part they sent did not work. This is NOT @ “hassle free “ experience. By far.
