The worse customer service ever ,I will not be buying from this company again.

I haven't had a order and payment with PayPal made on the 10 of September. Only generic response. I was a regular customer . Not good customer service very disappointed
I do not recommend this company I purchased a perfect draft machine in 2022. I have since experienced major problems with the machine and have not been able to use it for over a month. Since then I have been attempting to communicate with Perfect draft. The only means of communication is e-mail. I did this over a month ago and received a response to say a ticket had been raised and would be dealt with in due course! I heard nothing further until I e-mailed them again earlier in the week only to receive an e-mail back telling me not to keep e-mailing them as I would then automatically return to the bottom of the queue!!! I purchased two kegs from them just before the problems started with the machine! I had got half way down the first keg and the machine started showing the error code E7. I followed all the instructions in an effort to resolve the problem without success, even to the extent of replacing the half full keg with the new full keg! So for over a month now I have had a half full and full keg which have been tapped and running down the use by date!!! And no communication from Perfect Draft. There customer service is abysmal! If you are thinking of purchasing a perfect draft machine I would suggest you need to think very carefully if you are expecting an after sales service as it appears to be non existent. I am seriously considering looking elsewhere!! I definitely do not recommend this company.

Honestly don't care about customer service at all had a couple of issues and raised a ticket each time. They will respond however they won't respond to a reply without raising another ticket. Replied both times and have been ignored. They k ow you have no choice here and treat you like dogs s@£t. Really dissapoilinting.
