My first order with them went well. There was an issue with my address and they sorted it out.
I would give them a zero if I could Placed an order and only received half. Called them and they said no problem, we will ship the other half. Then they sent me an email asking for more info. After several conversations they ghosted me. Contacting the credit card company to cancel payment
This is the first time I ordered from Blowout Medical. The following day after my order, I had a tracking number and the next day it was delivered by UPS. Exactly what I ordered, easy breezy. Quick shipping, like immediate. Great price. The whole process could not have been easier.
Ordered ostomy leg bags, recieved my order to fing the included 18" tubing hadn't been included. Contacted support and was quickly sent a replacement order that included tubes. Would recomend this company based on my experience. Support was very helpfull and addressed the problem quickly.
