Caesars and Tropicana Casino host is the worst host (Francesca) that has ever worked in the casino industry. Incompetent and without a doubt the least responsive and caring person in the world. Doesnt know her job nor does she has any interest in replying to her customers. She has one job, to take care of customers. But is just so bad, its a disgrace by Caesars and Tropicana to allow her to have a job. Btw, she'll call you once every 6 months and call you "honey" and that is supposed to make everything right after not replying to one single email or text. If you have her as a host, go anywhere else. Also, they won't allow you to switch hosts, cause Caesars and Tropicana are the worst companies in casino. (Fran Barone)
Stay away from Ceasar's Sportsbook. Go with Draftkings or FanDuel. Ceasar's offered Missouri residents a new player bonus program. After I and another family member placed our bets and won, they denied us our money. If the bets were not allowed the app should have said, "hey these bets are not allowed and we would have placed different bets. Placed the same bets on the other betting sites and won and got our money. I will never use Ceasar's for betting ever again. I am also going to report them to a few agencies. If they would like to give us our bonus bet money back I will kindly update my review. The customer service is horrible. They disconnected before we were finished chatting. This is the worst Sportsbook ever. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

I recently stayed at Caesar’s Palace and unfortunately experienced a robbery during my visit. What made the situation even worse was the lack of cooperation and attention from the management in resolving the matter. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and seek assistance, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. As a guest, I expected not only a secure environment but also a proactive and empathetic approach when serious incidents occur. Sadly, this was not the case. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to think twice and prioritize safety and customer care when choosing accommodations.
