Before they deliver I am sent a text to say delivering within 10 days then the night before they confirm delivery - very helpful thanks.
I ordered 500 litres of heating oil on the 30/01/2026. Today, 03/02/2026 I had to phone the company up to enquire about my order. I was told that it would be delivered by the 4th February and wanted to confirm this, only to be told that no my delivery will not be made tomorrow and could in fact take up to ten days. I have no heating, no hot water and my house is freezing, I am a disabled older gentleman that has a minor grandchild living here. The Welsh woman on the phone was less than helpful, had a very standoffish manner and I’m afraid that I became very rude to her. I have now cancelled my order, and have been told that it can take up to five days for a refund, so that’s five more days with no heating or hot water. I will never use this company again, other companies that I have used previously have been brilliant, but this company promised fast delivery, exactly what I needed, but I guess the jokes on me and my family now freezing our 🍑🍑 off until I get my refund and can afford to go elsewhere!
